Bahamian Frank Carroll, our “Reggae Ambassador” who worked closely with Bob Marley, recorded with the Wailers, and tours internationally when not performing as house band at Marriott's Marco Island Resort-Quinn's on the Beach. Frank's authentic rake'n'scrape guitar and baritone voice have added a reggae resonance to JRobert's "Steel Away!" and "Blue Water Christmas" CD's
"Tony P" Pastrana
"Tony P" as in Puente! Tony has been a protege of Tito Puente and has share the stage with such world class greats as Tito Puente, Charlie Palmieri, Joe Quijano, and Pancho Sanchez, just to name a few. Tony has participated in recordings including "New York Latin Jazz" and JRobert's "Blue Water Cruise" "Steel Away!" JRobert often features his Spanish guitar and Charangue violin with Tony's salsa merengue band "Havana Jazz."
"Jamaica Dave" Walker
Dave sings and plays keyboard...that reggae "bubble" that you hear on Bob Marley Records. Also, he will jam jazz all night long. He put's the "hop" into all my "Island Hop" sound.

Harpist and gifted composer, DL Turner, sweeps across the strings of his instrument to create a powerful and evocative musical poetry -- rich, profound and deeply emotional. DL Turner also has an impressive resume as a master sound engineer and producer, including sound and stage production for Crosby, Stills and Nash, The Rippingtons, John Denver, and jazz-great Earl Klugh.
